Meet The Three Amigos

RJ Casey
RJ brings several decades of experience in special operations with the US Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies with combat tours on four continents. In the film industry, he is a rescue coordinator, military advisor, script consultant, actor, and an award winning stuntman for TV and feature film. RJ is most known for his work on Extraction 2 (2023), Dunkirk (2017), and Inception (2010).

Rob Schanen
Rob is a proud native Texan and has lived his entire life in Texas. He met the love of his life, Shanna, and they married in 1995. In 2000, Rob and Shanna welcomed their daughter, Skylar, into the world. Skylar led them into the world of dance, singing, and acting. Rob enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family, as well as entertaining friends at their farm in Round Top.

Scott Robison
Scott is a Special Forces veteran with 22+ years of active duty in the US Army. He has significant expertise in evaluating military technologies and managing rapid acquisition initiatives. Scott also serves as a business consultant and advisor to companies in federal and commercial markets.

Third Option Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization. The name refers to the motto of the CIA Special Activities Center: Tertia Optio, the US President’s third option when military force is inappropriate and diplomacy is inadequate. Third Option Foundation is dedicated to providing comprehensive resiliency programs, working behind the scenes to quietly help those who quietly serve.
Camp Cowboy is firmly focused on military families pursuing wellness and balance provided with equine activity-based lifestyles. We believe through equine based experience, education, and knowledge a vast multitude of “life’s scars” can be overcome, allowing for a reconnected, well-balanced life change for those in need.
